What this notice covers

This notice covers this website only. It does not describe how any Cogniwiss product handles customer data. Product data-handling information will be published when products are offered.

Information you send us

If you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, optional company, subject, and message. We use it to respond to your inquiry and to keep business records of our correspondence. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in the form.

The form is sent by an email delivery service (Resend) to our business mailbox. Mail is received through Google Workspace. These providers process the message on our behalf in order to deliver it.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site. If this changes, we will update this notice before the change takes effect.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, or where required by law.

Retention

Inquiries are kept in our business mailbox. We do not currently delete them automatically, and we will delete yours on request (see below). Our email delivery provider may keep its own delivery logs under its own retention practices.
