Solutions

Specific problems, described plainly.

Three kinds of work where we are focusing. These are target scenarios illustrated with sample or synthetic material. They are not customer case studies.

Document-intensive processes

Challenge
Teams spend hours locating, comparing, and summarizing details across business documents.
Example inputs
Contracts, policies, reports, or forms (sample set).
Workflow steps
Extract structured information, compare against a reference, summarize differences with source references.
Human checkpoint
A reviewer confirms extracted values and flagged differences.
Output
A structured summary linked to its sources.
Limitations
Extraction can be wrong or incomplete; results need review before use in decisions.

Operational workflows

Challenge
Multi-step processes with exceptions and approvals are coordinated by hand across tools.
Example inputs
A request, supporting context, and the rules for the process (sample scenario).
Workflow steps
Plan the steps, gather context, prepare each step, and flag exceptions.
Human checkpoint
A person approves consequential steps before they proceed.
Output
Completed step preparations and a record of the run.
Limitations
Only the systems and steps that have been explicitly connected are in scope.

Governance and audit preparation

Challenge
Policies, requirements, and evidence live in different places and are reviewed inconsistently.
Example inputs
A policy, a list of requirements, and supporting evidence (synthetic example).
Workflow steps
Extract requirements, draft review items, attach supporting references.
Human checkpoint
A reviewer accepts, rejects, or requests follow-up on each item.
Output
A structured review report with decisions and follow-up actions.
Limitations
It does not certify compliance or replace an auditor or counsel.
